Cardiopulmonary Department:

The Cardiopulmonary Department is staffed with competent Registered Respirator Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technicians to provide a wide range of patient care. The PFDX Complete Pulmonary Function Machine enables therapists to do breathing tests and determine the severity and reversibility of lung disease. The most common diseases seen by our staff are asthma, ephysema, pneumonia, and cancer of the lung. Staff also perfoms all breathing treatments along with IPPB treatments to improve patients lung function. Mechanical Ventilation is a great asset to the department along with a BIPAP machine for non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. The Cardiopulmonary Department also does all EKG, SEKG, and EEG monitoring for fast and reliable results.
